i have had chondro malacia in my right knee for the past five months, im doing all the right physio movements and stretches to correct it but everytime i ran or skipped in boxing training i could feel a little set back in the recovery and irritation.... but since my kneegard has arrived i dont have this problem! its absolutley amazing!!! i would reccomend this product to anybody that is suffering from this condition!!!
