I found the compression and support from the achilles tendon pattstrap definitely helped with my tendonosis probem. It is, however, only part of the solution. I am also combining this with orthodics, icing and calf stretching and have definitley noticed improvement when running. At first i was confused as to how to apply it to my foot (perhaps some pictures of each step would help here). It makes a big difference if it is not put on correctly.
