First of all, let me say, I ordered this product and had it hand delivered to my door, same day!! Thank you for that.
Secondly, my ITB band had been troubling me off and on for the past 9 months. Within probably 1 1/2 - 2 weeks I think the problem is gone. Amazing product.
Be sure to follow the advice of putting it about 2 inches above your knee cap and keeping the strap very snug. It distributes the tension down the leg more evenly. Also, be sure to lie on your side and stretch with one leg over the other pulling down on the leg that is hurting. You'll feel this in your hip (which had been giving me trouble to, but is almost completely pain-free now).
I'm 12 weeks away from my first marathon, and the PattStrap seriously has saved my training. Thank you!!
