I've been experiencing ITBS in my right knee for about the last 2 years on and off. I've been stretching and strengthening my hip abductors for the past month with no real improvement yet. I've had the patt strap for a week though, and as long as I wear it I can run pain free. I have done hour long runs and speed work with it. The one day I forgot it I made it about 20 minutes then limped home. So for me the pattstrap allows me to run any speed, any distance without pain. Will it help me heal my injury? I don't know but I am optimistic. I will keep stretching and strengthening. Bottom line, I'm running pain free.
