I bought this for my ITBS. Well, I don't think is instant relief... I just don't get any pain while or after running when using the PattStrap!! previously I was unable to run 200mts without experiencing any pain, and after 5 months out of action this has defineltly done the trick for me. I'm now running 3-4 K runs, and continue to slowly increase my distance an pace.
Note: This is not a solution. You still need to strength your leg muscles, and stretch your ITB, but it will allow you to resume training while treating the root cause. I had tried a similar product before, and the old sports tape, and this is by far the most effective and comfortable I have come across... and have just ordered another 3 sets, for both the missus and Myself. Thanks a lot!
